The Project Coordinator from Gilat, Mr. Juan Manuel Serrano Moreno, who is the Network Administrator, said that “this solution solved two problems: it allowed us to discontinue our legacy telephone system and integrated all communications to the backbone VoIP of the company.” This novel solution connects the two powerful Digium Switchvox 360 with three other IP PBXs in several locations; supports a network of 200 telephone extensions; and provides service to a Call Center of approximately sixty agents.
